- - If the frame was already weak or damaged the shop is not obliged to provide a new frame.
- - If breakage occurs due to staff error or excessive pressure the shop will take partial or full responsibility.

- - Provide free or low-cost replacement if breakage is due to shop error.
- -Temporary fixes will be offered until the customer chooses a new frame.
