Lens Warranty (6 Months)
– Covers manufacturing defects such as coating issues, scratches during production, or
incorrect power
– Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning.
Frame Warranty (6 Months)
– Covers manufacturing defects such as broken hinges, welding faults, or material defects.
– Does not cover damage caused by rough handling, accidental breakage, or exposure to
chemicals.
Adjustment & Fitting Guarantee
– Free adjustment and fitting services for 6 months after purchase.
– Includes nose pad replacement, screw tightening, and minor alignment corrections.
Warranty Exclusions
To maintain transparency, the warranty does not cover:
– Loss or theft of product
– Damage due to accidents, negligence, or misuse
– Scratches caused by improper cleaning or rough use
Unauthorized repairs done outside Sera Optical
Claim Procedure
To claim warranty service, customers must:
– Present the original purchase receipt.
– Bring the defective product to Sera Optical within the warranty period
– Allow our team to inspect and verify the defect.
If the defect is covered under warranty, we will:
– Repair the product free of charge, or
– Replace it with an equivalent product (subject to availability).
